- Within V11.4 there is a new option under Administration called e-Checklists. If clients have a large database and run the e-Checklists for all clients the progress bar seems to freeze and the toolbar states 'Progress not responding'.
- Resolution
- Please be aware that even though the progress bar seems to have frozen it is still working in the background. We would suggest that if you have a large database then you run the e-Checklists on a range of clients rather than on all clients. If you do run the e-Checklists on all clients and you get the message on the toolbar saying ‘Progress not responding’, and you do not want to wait until the progress bar is finished then we would suggest that you do the following:- 1. Open your Task Manager 2. Click on the Applications tab 3. Highlight Personal Tax and right click your mouse and select Bring to Front.
