Problem

When trying to open IRIS the following error occurs

Resolution

This error occurs as a result of other errors. To resolve this you will need to capture any errors that come up prior to this error occuring and this those screenshots to support@iris.co.uk. Please close all errors and IRIS programs and rerun IRIS making a note of all errors that may occur. Due to this error being an addition to other error messages, it is difficult to pinpoint what the resolution is, so please get in touch with IRIS Support with your screenshots.
