Resolution
Run an action or open IRIS the following error occurs. It can show in different combinations of error text and numbers
This error occurs as a result of other errors. Follow all the steps:
1. Please close all errors and IRIS programs and then restart IRIS, then rerun the same steps you did which triggered the error
2. If the errors dosnt show then continue the work. If the error happens then make a note of all errors that may occur.
3. Ask another IRIS user on another PC to try the same steps you did on the same client to see if the error happens again – this can help narrow it down if its the PC, the Client or the IRIS Login which could be the cause of the issue..
4. You will need to capture any errors that come up prior to this error occurring and this those screenshots to support@iris.co.uk with the results of step 3. Due to this error being an addition to other error messages, it is difficult to pinpoint what the resolution is, so please get in touch with IRIS Support with your screenshots and results.
