Problem

Data retrieved from the HMRC is overwriting the user data in Personal Tax and is only calculating the HMRC figures.

Resolution

Pensions and State Benefits Other Pensions At the bottom of the screen select View Pension & State Benefit Summary Make sure the User Value button is selected and press OK Run Tax Computation and it will show your figures.
