How can I get the FRS transition dialog box to appear in A/P dates?
Resolution
1. If you have entered in the correct A/P date within the Business Client Maintenance screen and the ‘comparatives’ dialog box does not appear, please do the following:
2. Remove the date within A/P Dates
3. Press OK
4. Press the Save button
5. Press the A/P dates button again
6. Enter the date
7. Press ok and continue
