How do I attach an AutoMail letter to a job stage?
Resolution
To attach an AutoMail letter to a job stage follow the steps outlined below:
Open IRIS Main Menu and click on IRIS Practice Management
Go to Setup Job Types / Profiles
Highlight the Job you require to edit (e.g. Tax)
Click on the View
Click on Profiles
The Job Client Maintenance Screen will be displayed
Double Click on the job stage you wish to attach the Automail letter to (e.g. Tax Work)
Tick ‘Link stage to letter’ and click on the magnifying glass
The IRIS AutoMail- select template screen will be displayed
Highlight and the required template (e.g. Client Details)
Click on Select
Click the OK button
Click the Save button
If this letter is printed through the job stages you will be invited to complete the job stage.
