What do the different colours of text signify in Communications?

Resolution

Below are the definitions of what the colours of text signify in Communications tracking: Red = Items created in IRIS and stored within IRIS or the network file system requiring attention. These will be letters generated from AutoMail waiting to be printed. Green = Items created in IRIS and stored in IRIS or the network file system that need no more attention. These will be AutoMail letters that have been printed, external documents, and emails that have been sent. Black = Documents created in IRIS but stored within IRIS Docs. Blue = External items dealt with and stored within IRIS Docs system external to IRIS (E.g. Invu, etc).
