Problem
The user is in a posting file and its only showing the postings related to that batch. How can a user see all the postings in the postings posted in the posting file.
Resolution
The user needs to go into POSTING | POST
Once in the posting file please click on BATCH CONTROL.
select the batch in which you are posting the enteries and click REOPEN
please select the “ALL” option for DISPLAY POSTINGS AS ENTERED.
then press OK and then it will display all postings in the posting screen.
