Problem

Receiving an error when importing receipts via CSV since upgrading to 21.4.0

Resolution

We have had reports from several clients since upgrading to version 21.4.0 you are unable to import receipts via CSV to IRIS Fees, receiving the following error Invalid Client ID. This has been raised as a Defect in version 21.4.0 and will be permanently resolved in the next version of IRIS 22.1.0.

The Development team have provided a Hotfix for this issue, click HERE to download the Hotfix.
In order to run this fix all users will need to be out of IRIS and you will need to stop the IRIS Scheduler service manually.

This will need to be applied to the full IRIS install on the application server, along with any LPO installations present on client machines.
