How to remove FBI status e.g. when wishing to amend a return
Resolution
Highlight the client in the ‘Find Client’ tab. Go to the ‘Client Tax Returns’ tab and highlight the relevant return. Click on ‘View Tax Returns Events.’ Click on ‘Remove FBI status.’
Alternatively go to the FBI window. Select the relevant tax year and type of client from the drop down boxes. Select the appropriate status to find the relevant client e.g. Returns Accepted by Revenue. Highlight the client and click ‘Remove FBI Status’.
