CT Platform crashes when viewing the tax return.

ERROR: CTReturn.exe has stopped working

Resolution

It has been identified that users, who have ‘Team Viewer’ remote control software install on the affected machine. This causes the issue.

Users are advised to disable the ‘Team Viewer’ software
