Problem
When trying to file and submit a CT600 Return, I am getting a message that says 'Exception at block 3'.
Resolution

In your data location (you can check this path via the Spanner icon > Configuration/Web Updates tab) you will have a folder called CTReturn.  Inside this folder will be a sub-folder called CTSchemas.  There should be the file the message qoutes in this folder but it may be that one or more are missing from your folder.

To resolve this issue you will need to call the PTP support team and ask for the relevant schemas files or folder.
