Problem
When trying to file and submit a CT600 Return, I am getting a message that says 'Exception at block 3'.
Resolution
In your data location (you can check this path via the Spanner icon > Configuration/Web Updates tab) you will have a folder called CTReturn. Inside this folder will be a sub-folder called CTSchemas. The file quoted in the message should be present in this folder but it may be that one or more are missing. The latest CTSchemas folder may be downloaded via the link below. Extract the CTSchemas folder into the CTReturn folder within the data location, saying yes to any prompt to replace existing files.
