Problem
From 6 April 2020 people will have 30 days following the sale of a residential property to notify HMRC and pay any Capital Gains Tax owed. Will it be possible to file this submission through PTP Tax Platform?
Resolution
At this point in time HMRC have no plans to implement this via third party software providers such as PTP. HMRC have an online service to report and pay any Capital Gains Tax owed.
