Problem
You get the message "You do not have a license for IRIS Collector" when launching IRIS after updating to 21.2.376
Resolution
If you have updated to IRIS 21.2.376 and you receive the following message when launching IRIS Accountancy Suite, then please do the following steps to resolve;
- Make sure everyone is out of IRIS
- Navigate to the IRIS installation folder
- Open the folder called Data
4. Create a new blank text document and call it Version.txt
Once done, open up IRIS and the message should no longer be present, if this doesn’t resolve your issue or you are unsure on the above then please contact technicalsupport@iris.co.uk for further assistance.
