IRIS Cloud Suite: Winter Release

This week saw the launch of the IRIS Cloud Suite’s Winter Release, featuring new, key tools and updates for KashFlow, IRIS OpenSpace and IRIS OpenTax that will help you continue to build your practice and provide practical advice & solutions to the challenges facing your clients:

KashFlow Payments
A simple way for businesses to get paid quickly without changing the way they work. Enabling this feature for your clients adds a ‘Pay Now’ button to their invoices, allowing them to easily and instantly collect card or bank payments.  

Bank Feeds enhancements
Bank Feeds has been one of the most adopted features within KashFlow since its launch in 2014. We’ve taken on-board feedback from Partners and are pleased to introduce the first batch of user-requested features, enhancing functionality and the user experience. Users can now ignore transactions, disable auto-matching rules, change the £1 matching tolerance to 0p and more.  

Management Reports
Accountants using KashFlow Connect can now create rich and detailed financial reports that can be fully branded and instantly shared with clients using IRIS OpenSpace. 

IRIS KashFlow Connect Partner Programme
We’ve also made some key changes to our Partner Programme, including the introduction of dedicated telephone support for accountants and an improved migration service from Sage. The new number for dedicated accountant telephone support is 0800 133 7536, or you can email us directly: partnersupport@kashflow.com. Taking advantage of the Partner Programme is easier than ever before, with qualification now starting at just 5 KashFlow licenses.

IRIS OpenSpace
Finally, we’ve added enquiry forms to IRIS OpenSpace, allowing you to add a new customer enquiry form to your website and manage them within the platform, where you can directly provision an account and start collaborating with your new client.
