As part of our strategy to improve the support we provide to schools, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to update the look and content of the help site, so that you can get the help you need instantly.

For school using our latest platform, PMX, you can view your new help site by logging into your account and clicking ‘Help’ in the tool-bar at the top of the page.

We’ve added lots of new sections to the help site and hopefully made it very easy for you to get straight to the right place.

And the new and improved help site isn’t all we’ve done! We’ve added WalkMe and training videos so that you can find the help you need in the way you want it – and if all that wasn’t enough, a new and improved live chat system will be available for schools very soon.

Keep your eyes peeled for the launch of our new live chat system and even more exciting news coming from the ParentMail Support Team over the next year!
