IAS-12005 Unable to determine if database is already locked

When running the IRIS Accountancy Suite 22.2 update you may receive the “Unable to determine if database is already locked” message when the installer is checking if IRIS is in use.

To address this please refer to our guide here which includes steps on using the SQL Server Management Studio Activity Monitor to identify which processes are accessing the database and end them.
