Problem
Printing/previewing a report user gets 'Error 507 Invalid File Name'
Resolution
The report filename which is listed in the Report Table is not in the Reports directory. This is likely because the report instructions have changed with a new version of the software.
You need to reinstall the report (or it’s newer equivalent if it’s been replaced ) from the library:
Go to “Reports” | “Library Selection” and reselect the desired report.
If you cannot find the report listed in the reports library it will have been retired from the system. This is usually because it no longer relevant due to legislation changes.
