Problem
Errors in my payroll have come to light. Can I undo an employee more than one pay period?
Resolution
You can use the employee debug (single employee) or global changes (all employees) to undo and roll back payroll for all periods processed within the current tax year. You can then re-run the payroll with any necessary adjustments.
If you are planning to roll back all employees for several pay periods we would recommend restoring a backup instead of following this procedure.
