Problem
The Online filing "Submit" button is disabled for End of Year or P46(Car) returns. The button is greyed out and not clickable. I cannot send documents online to HMRC.
Resolution
You will need to logon to “ADMIN” to enable this option for each operator.
If you do not know the admin log in details check here for assistance.
In the admin screen, select the user you wish to change and click on Edit:-
In the user Details screen, ensure the appropriate boxes for online filing are ticked:-
