Problem

When trying to produce the journal file user gets the error:

Error in C Cost Buffer CCostBuffer Sub ElementProcessing Element Processing Number 0 zero code

PLEASE NOTE: The 'code' (shown above as 369) will vary.

Resolution

This error is usually related to some incorrect job card information being processed against an employee.

The employee in question is identified by the code, in this example employee number 396.

This error is usually corrected by undoing the affected employee and re processing their payroll.
