Problem

I am unable to restore a back that I've been emailed.

Resolution

We commonly see this due to the email settings for attachments, which by default may remove any spaces and replace them with an underscore.

Right-click and rename the file, delete any underscores and put a space:

GPAEmailBackup | Unable to restore an emailed backup
