Problem

When trying to open guides/links from the software user gets the following (or similar) error:

Resolution

This error is caused when your default browser settings are incomplete.

Go to “Control Panel” > “Internet Options”

Open the “Programs” tab:

Click “Set Programs” and then “Set program access and computer defaults”

On the next window click on “Custom”

In the following menu put the dot next to Internet Explorer:

Click “OK” to finish the process. When you restart payroll the error should have cleared.
