Xero Import Authentication’ screen unresponsive when linking client from Xero to IRIS Accounts Production

Resolution

When attempting to link your Xero client into IRIS Accounts Production, users may encounter the Xero import authentication screen as unresponsive when two factor authentication is enabled.

This is a defect found in IRIS Accounts Production 20.3 and will be fixed in a service pack due in November.
