Problem

I have a new employee on my payroll, how do I create an OpenPayslips account for them.

Resolution

All you need to do is save an email address in the employee details.

When you next publish your payslips as normal, the system will recognise the new unregistered employee email and create an account automatically.

Once this is created the employee will receive the automated message about activating their account and setting their password.
