Problem
When trying to publish OpenEnrol letters user gets the error:
Resolution
This error is caused when the system cannot decide which letter to produce for the employee.
In the examples reported to support we have seen employee(s) with both an opt-in and a join date recorded in their pension details. This would be incorrect, an employee would either Opt-in or Join the scheme not both.
If you have made recent changes to employees pension information before getting the error you will need to double check what changes you have made and correct them before you can publish the letters.
