Problem
When trying to publish payslips user gets the error message:
Resolution
This error occurs when an employee has invalid characters typed into their email address field:
Example:
The slash (“/“) in the above email address is an invalid character and would cause the error to occur.
Once the problem characters have been removed from the employee email address field and the correct email addresses used you will be able to publish payslips without error.
