Problem

How do I change the template used for payslips in MyePayWindow?

Resolution

Applies to: Bureau users, Employer users

To change the payslip template:

Go to Employers.
Select Administration.
Select Payslip Settings.
From Payslips template select the option you wist to use (currently Template 106LZ or Template 3a).
Select Save.

Additional options Template 3a

To display holiday pay and holiday remaining on template 3a payslips:

You can select the colour of the headers for template 3a to match your company branding:

Go to Employers.
Select Administration.
Select Branding.
From Colour Theme, use the colour picker or enter the HEX code to select your colour.
Select Save.
