Problem
Business Tax crashes when generating computations or the electronic tax return for some clients.
Resolution
This can be caused by a hyphen (-) in the Client Identifier.
To resolve this, do one of the following:-
1. Select Client | View | Change ID | Remove the hyphen from the ID, or
2. Select Setup | Practice Options | General | Change the Job Separator to a Forward Slash rather than a Hyphen.
