Problem
When viewing an interim or unrecorded Tax Return on screen, is it possible to change the status to the return to Final?
Resolution
Users are required to:
1. Log on to IRIS Personal Tax and select the client.
2. Generate the interim/unrecorded Tax Return.
3. Click the Options Tab located to the left of the PDF viewer screen
4. Click the Promote to Final option.
