Why can I not see the ‘OpenSpace: Upload’ section from the Client Dashboard within the IRIS main menu?
Resolution
Users are required to follow the steps below: From the IRIS Main Menu
  • Select System Maintenance |Staff| Staff Maintenance
  • Select the relevant Staff Member |View
  • Within the IRIS OpenSpace Login Details field -Enter Username and Password
  • Select Save| Close
  • Exit all screens, including the IRIS Main Menu to ensure these changes are applied Note: When re-entering the IRIS Main Menu users will now have the option for IRIS OpenSpace within the Client Dashboard
