Problem
Users of Company Secretarial who are trying to make a company search request may encounter the following error if they are using a proxy server
Resolution
This error is typically caused by the Proxy Server not being configured to allow IRIS access to the appropriate URL.
Please add the following URL’s into your proxy server whiteless or allowed list of URL’s
https://xmlgw.companieshouse.gov.uk/v1-0/xmlgw/Gateway
Once this is done it should be possible to complete the request.
