Problem
Openspace- Is it possible for multiple clients to be associated with an individual by email?
Resolution
Yes, this is one of the features in OpenSpace. Simply add the same client user email address to each client that access is required for; the screen will provide an information message if the email address is already present in the system.
For example in PT
Load the client in PT- Client and View, Address Tab and click Numbers button and you can see the email addresses boxes.
