My update or installation has failed how do I send in my log files?
Resolution

Use the instructions below to send your installation logs to support
1. Right Click on your IRIS Practice Software Menu icon/shortcut
2. Select Properties
3. On the Shortcut Tab. Click on the button “Find Target” or “Open file location”
4. The IRIS folder will now open
5. Scroll to the top where you will see the sub folders, locate the ‘Logs’ Folder and then the ‘Installer logs’ folder within
6. Right-Click on the ‘Installer logs’ folder and choose “Send to (Compressed) Zip folder”
7. This will then create another file within the ‘Logs’ folder called ‘Installer Logs.Zip’
8. You can then right-click this file and then choose “Send to Mail Recipient” or attach this ‘Installer Logs.zip’ file to an email manually and send to IRIS Support (support.mail@iris.co.uk)
