Problem
There is a credit on a client time account and it is not 'absorbing' further time being posted to the account
Resolution
Check the Options | Time Ledger | Unabsorbed. Is the
“Leave write out credit unmatched and match it manually later”
at the bottom of the screen selected? If so change it to the
“Automatically match off write out credit to new WIP as it is posted”.
This will correct the matching for future instances of credits on the account and subsequent WIP postings going on. To match current debits and credits on the account you an use the Tidy postings screen to match debits and credits together.
