Problem
I have outstanding checklists but I can't run the reminder letter from Personal tax, no letters are generated.
Resolution
To trigger the event mapping for Checklist reminders in Personal tax the outstanding checklist report needs to be run. To run the outstanding checklists report:
Log into Personal tax
Click Administration4 Outstanding Checklists
As long as the mapping in AutoMail is set up correctly a prompt will appear for generating Checklist reminder letters. Letters will only be generated though if the checklist is over 21 days old.
