Problem

When importing a trial balance from Kashflow into Accounts Production, on some occasions the following message appears 'No postings were found in Kashflow for the period XXX'

Resolution

Users are required to complete the following fields: • Setup | Practice Options | Kashflow – enter login details • Client | View | Select the spyglass beside the ‘Kashflow URL’ field – enter the URL of the client • Posting | Postfile Maintenance | Entries | Change | Select the Postfile in question – the Postfile must be setup with the same Account Period end date and Previous Account Period end date that have been entered within Kashflow
