Problem
It has been identifed that the ‘No new licences available’ message appears on screen when trying to update licences
Resolution
- Click on Close in the bottom right (HAS to be ‘Close’ and not the ‘X’ at the top)
- Then go back into Tools | Licence details and try check for updates again
- It should then load the licences (if not then close IRIS completely, then repeat steps 1-3)
- Then activate them as normal
