Problem

It has been identifed that the ‘No new licences available’ message appears on screen when trying to update licences

Resolution

  1. Click on Close in the bottom right (HAS to be ‘Close’ and not the ‘X’ at the top)
  2. Then go back into Tools | Licence details and try check for updates again
  3. It should then load the licences (if not then close IRIS completely, then repeat steps 1-3) KB12007b | No new licences available
  4. Then activate them as normal
