Problem
It has been identifed that when generating a LTD report the following error message may appear An account order is not allocated to each director
Resolution
To check the directors have been allocated an order number,
Click Edit
Click Director/Secretary
Make sure all directors have an order number
NOTE: If a director leaves the company and then returns at a later date the account order MUST stay the same e.g. If the Director had Accounting Order 2, resigned then returned a year later they should still have Accounting Order 2.
Check for multiple involvements.
Check that each director is only listed once.
This error can also appear if there is a duplicate Director that should not be attached to the business.
If the same director is attached twice in error
Click Edit
Click Director/Secretary
Click View
Click Delete
