Problem
The following internet rejection message is being received: "Business Error 3001 the submission of this document has failed due to departmental specific logic in the body tag".
Resolution
This is a standard rejection message generated by the HMRC indicating that the Tax Return has been rejected. A further code will be supplied to provide an explanation. Please carry out a new KB search for the further rejection code
