Problem
Pre 2016 - I am not getting the registered office address on the CT600 when it appears under Client | View. How do I get it to show on the CT600?
Resolution
Users are required to: Go to Data Entry | Company Information and set the radio button to ‘Yes’ in the company address section. Do not complete if the correct registered office address is shown on the notice (form CT603). If the address has changed and you have not told HMRC already then enter the new registered office (or Treasurer’s address if not registered). Please note if the address has not been changed then this box should remain blank on the CT600
