Problem
When trying to install the IRIS programs locally to a Terminal server the following error can occur
Resolution
This error usually occurs because the downloaded file LPO.exe does not exist within the IRIS folder. Please either copy the LPO.exe to the IRIS folder or refer to KB IAS-12131 to download the file again
