- When you are trying open the iris suite after first install. You are presented with an error message that states there is no licence for the main menu
- Resolution
- To resolve this you need create a new file and call it “version.txt” in DATA folder, then relaunch IRIS and licence as normal To resolve this issue you will need to remove and reactivate your licences click here for further information
