- Clients have reported that they have returns still showing as pending in the Transmit Internet Return Screen since last week.
- Resolution
- Please be aware that the HMRC had a problem last week accepting any returns that were generated. To resolve any returns within the Transmit Internet Return Screen that were generated on either 23rd or 24th June and are still showing as pending you will need to do the following:- Go to the Transmit Internet Return Screen. Highlight the return that is still showing as pending. Right Click your mouse and choose Reset Status, you will be asked to confirm and you need to select Yes. Ensure that the return is highlighted again and click on Transmit at the bottom.
