Problem
From version 16.3 when users try to generate and print an SH01 form, when there are 1 or 2 continuation pages the form will not generate and the following error message occurs: General exception system.ArgumentOutOfRange exception: Index was out of range. Must be non- negative and less than the size of the collection. Note: If the SH01 form has 3 or more pages, this problem will not occur.
Resolution
This issue has been fixed on Version 16.3.1 which is currently available to download from our website.
Users have the ability to submit the SH01 form as the XML content should not be affected, however this is at your discretion.
