Installation Error 3 Configuration Process : Failed to load expected config file

If you go to this location, as indicated in the error message the file does not exist It appears the previous install resulted in residual files and a suspended installation altough this is not reported. Download MSICUU2.exe and run the file as an administrator, it will produce a message “error 1704 a previous IRIS install is currently suspended do you want to undo the changes” Allow the Install of MSICUU2 to progress and it will undo the suspended install. You will then need to re-run the install following these steps: 1. You will need to see file extensions to perform these steps (https://www.howtohaven.com/system/show-file-extensions-in-windows-explorer.shtml) In Windows 10 for example, at the top of the windows explorer screen you have a view tab. 2. Select the view tab 3. Tick file extensions 4. Right click on the download IRIS install file and rename the download from IRIS1xxxxx-xxx.exe to IRISxxxxx-xxx.zip 6. Double click on the file which will create a new Practice folder 7. Open the Practice folder 8. Run setup.exe which will progress through the install.
