Revised LLP SORP (FRS 102) for periods on or after 1.1.16
Resolution
The LLP SORP has been updated to reflect the new LLP Regulations and recent changes to UK accounting standards. The updated SORP is effective for periods commencing on or after 1st January 2016. Early adoption is permitted for accounting periods beginning on or after 1st January 2015 provided that The Limited Liability Partnerships, Partnerships and Groups (Accounts and Audit) Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/575) are applied from the same date. These changes are now available within version 17.1.0 which is now available to download from our website.
