Problem
Pensions are not appearing within the Tax computation
Resolution
This is something that appears when the software is using the HMRC value of ‘0’ instead of the amount the user has entered.
To amend this can you please do the following;
– Log in to Personal Tax
– Go to ‘Pensions and state benefits’
– Choose ‘Other Pensions’
– Click on ‘View Pension and State Benefit Summary’ at the bottom of the screen
– Make sure ‘User Value’ is selected next to the figures you have entered
