Problem
User gets error message: 'The 'https://www.govtalk.gov.uk/taxation/EXB/18-19/1:CashForgone element is invalid - The value '0.00' is invalid according to its datatype 'Decimal' - The MinInclusive constraint failed'. User gets this message when trying to run P11D report. Running on 19.1
Resolution
Please do the following to remove this error:
1. Delete existing car benefits for the employees mentioned in the error message.
2. Re-enter all car benefits that have been deleted.
