How to I remove the Private Income & Personal Expenses from Doctors accounts?

Users are required to set the following alias, Select: Edit | Report Aliases To remove Private Income – Enter ‘D11’ in the Standard box and ‘$OO’ in the Client Specific box (O for Orange not zero) To remove Personal Expenses – Enter ‘D12’ in the Standard box and ‘$OO’ in the Client Specific box Select, Edit | Data Screens | Specialist Reporting Information | Doctors | Private Income, Personal Expenses The Private Income and Personal Expenses boxes are ticked by default. To remove these sections untick the relevant boxes. If this is the case, the amounts should still be posted to the appropriate accounts for use within Business Tax.
