IRIS Staff Planning Defect since upgrading to version 21.3.0.583

Resolution

Since upgrading to version 21.3.0.583 of IRIS Accountancy Suite when in Staff Planning | Practice Planner | Filter By any of the following Partner, Manager, Department, Branch, Staff Category, Staff ID. This does not display correctly when entering in the criteria. This displays various symbols.

This has been confirmed as a defect by the development team and will be resolved in the next version of IRIS 21.4.0 w/c 29th November 2021.

Staff Planning Defect | IRIS 21.3.0 - Staff Planning Filter Displays Random Characters

Currently the only workaround is to leave the filters blank due to them not working correctly and tick include staff no longer registered, this will then display all staff members on the list.
